Standard Basket
The standard basket is included with purchase of the Solo Rescue and is used at all times when using the machine. Simply choose from a selection of carefully designed holders to wash SCBA, face masks, boots, gloves, helmets and even smaller parts such as regulators and pressure connectors.
Some holders can be paired together to wash a variety of kit simultaneously. This provides convenience and flexibility, so that fire stations can use the Solo Rescue most efficiently, in a way that suits them best.
Helmet Holder
This attachment can take three helmets at a time, meaning 21 can be decontaminated in an hour. The special design ensures helmets are positioned to optimise decontamination, ensuring both the inside and outside are thoroughly washed.
SCBA Holder
With an SCBA Holder, two complete sets of self-contained breathing apparatus (SCBA) with face masks can be washed at the same time, meaning up to 14 can be cleaned in an hour.
Air Cylinder Holder
This holder fits up to six cylinders at the same time, giving capacity to wash 42 in an hour.
Gear Holder
The multi-purpose Gear Holder is suitable for washing facepieces, boots or gloves. Fitting in half the standard basket, it can be used alongside the SCBA Holder or Small Parts Holder. Alternatively, two Gear Holders together provide an impressive loading capacity of up to 56 face masks, 60 pair of boots or 120 pair of gloves per hour – perfect for larger fire stations or training facilities.
Small Parts Holder
Even the smallest parts of firefighter PPE, such as disassembled breathing valves and regulators, can be decontaminated and safely contained thanks to this Small Parts Holder. A special cover keeps the parts secure during the wash cycle.
