Organised by COSEM (the Co-operative of Singapore Civil Defence Force) and proudly supported by the Singapore Civil Defence Force, the three-day conferences and exhibition will take place from 28 to 30 October 2026 at Singapore Expo Hall 3.

The event’s overarching theme is “Disaster Resilient Futures: Leadership, Solidarity, Preparedness”, emphasising three essential pillars:

• Leadership: Drives strategic influence and regional coordination.

  and disaster resilience.
