The DICATA® USB Rechargeable Intrinsically Safe Dual-Light™ headlamp is cULus, ATEX Zone 0 and IECEx listed Intrinsically Safe. Designed to work on hard hats and fire helmets that have a flip-up face shield. The unique low-profile shape allows you to work without removing the headlamp when raising or lowering a face shield.
Manufactured from engineered polymer and features a multi-position tilt head design. Both the spotlight and the floodlight use LED technology with an advanced TIR lens designed to optimize lumen output and beam pattern. Enlarged front-mounted switches provide easy access to the spotlight for distance illumination, the floodlight for close-up illumination, and Dual-Light for maximum lighting, versatility, and user safety.
This XPP-5418RX-K01 Intrinsically Safe Flashlight w/Multi-Angle Mount is cETLus, ATEX, IECEx, and INMETRO-certified Intrinsically Safe for use in both above and below ground hazardous locations where explosive gases and dust may be present. The 5418 uses an LED rated at 200 lumens that works with a deep parabolic reflector to create a 143-meter flashlight beam. The tail switch provides momentary or constant-on functionality.
This light meets the requirements of NFPA-1971-8.6 (2013) from 3 AA premium batteries (not included). The mount can be attached to either side of the helmet to provide hands-free illumination. Additionally, the user can set the angle of the mount through 140 degrees of adjustment to provide clearance around face shields, goggles or other helmet-mounted equipment.
The INTRANT XPR-5568RX Intrinsically Safe Angle Light is a flashlight, a floodlight and a dual-light angle light that is cULus, ATEX, IECEx, and INMETRO Zone 0 certified. The flashlight uniquely rotates 90 degrees up and down with a 45 degree downward angled floodlight. The flashlight setting offers user-selectable brightness settings of 200, 110 and 60 Lumens with a 401 meter beam distance.
The ultra-tight beam is perfect for cutting through smoke and lighting up objects at great distances. The floodlight setting has user-selectable brightness settings of 100, 40 and a “Survival Mode” of 20 lumens that provides just enough light in an emergency with a run-time of 27 hours. The dual-light mode allows the user to simultaneously see objects at a distance or through the smoke, as well as see the ground in front of them as they walk or work. The INTRANT is powered by rechargeable Lithium-ion battery pack and includes an AA Battery Carrier to provide backup power if needed. The INTRANT is IP-67 rated dustproof/waterproof and meets requirements of NFPA-1971-8.6 (2013).
The newest member of the INTEGRITAS™ series, the XPR-5584GMX Intrinsically Safe Rechargeable Lantern, generates a scene-filling 600 lumens for an ultra-long 13 hour run time. The unique design is constructed with four separate LEDs housed in a 180-degree articulating head for maximum versatility. Working as both a handheld light and a portable area light, the lantern features a rear-mounted rubber base pad with powerful rare earth magnets for convenient hands-free use.
The XPR-5592GCX Rechargeable LED Scene Light Kit is ideal for use when portability is important. Zone 0, cULus, ATEX, and IECEx certified Intrinsically Safe for use in hazardous environments, the array of 5 floodlight LEDs perfectly emit an impressive 1,200 lumens on high for 6 hours, or 650 lumens on low for 12 hours when activated using the robust three-position toggle switch.
This scene light has a housing that is constructed from lightweight glass-filled nylon polymer keeping it cool to the touch while being chemical, heat, and impact resistant.
A heavy-duty rare-earth magnetic base is securely mounted on the bottom to provide 360 degrees of hands-free rotation for proper light placement on any job site. Powered by an integrated lithium-ion battery, this scene light kit includes an adjustable steel handle for carrying or hanging, a 6-foot tripod with Camlock adjusters, and both AC/DC power supplies placed inside a durable blow-molded carrying case for ease of use and storage.
