LEADER Large-Flow Ventilators for Mega-Structure Firefighting
The LEADER Large-Flow Ventilators are designed for high-capacity ventilation in large-scale firefighting and industrial emergency response operations.
Smoke control and ventilation become increasingly challenging in warehouses, tunnels, high-rise buildings, and industrial facilities. These environments require powerful airflow systems capable of moving large air volumes rapidly and efficiently.
Large-Flow Ventilators: Mastering the Mega-Structure Challenge
Developed with US partner Tempest Technology, LEADER’s large-flow ventilators provide advanced ventilation performance for demanding operational scenarios.
Key performance features include:
- Airflow capacity up to 1,120,000 m³/h
- Engines ranging from 20 HP to 115 HP
- Electric, thermal, or hydraulic power options
- Impeller diameters from 885 mm to 1,520 mm
Deployable on trailers, service vehicles, or forklift platforms, these systems can operate in locations without fixed infrastructure.
The ventilators can also be configured with:
- Misting systems
- High-expansion foam generators
- Wired or radio remote controls
- 360° endless electric or manual rotation
- Blowing and suction ducts from 600–2,000 mm
- LED headlights for low-visibility conditions
These capabilities allow emergency crews to direct airflow precisely while improving visibility and smoke extraction during complex incidents.
Ventilation Performance for Industrial and Firefighting Operations

The LEADER Large-Flow Ventilators are engineered for demanding emergency response situations where smoke extraction, cooling, and airflow management are critical.
Large industrial facilities and infrastructure environments require specialized ventilation solutions that can quickly improve operational visibility and reduce hazardous smoke conditions for firefighters and rescue teams.
The systems are designed to provide operational flexibility while maintaining high-performance airflow in both indoor and outdoor emergency scenarios.
As firefighting operations continue to evolve, large-capacity ventilation systems are playing an increasingly important role in supporting firefighter safety and emergency response efficiency.
