BIO FOR class A/B foam supplied by BIOex
BIO FOR N is a fluorine-free wetting and foaming additive for fighting against forest fires, urban fires, recycling plant fires and industrial fires. It can be used at very low concentration (from 0.1% to 3%).
EFFECTIVENESS ON FIRES
Wetting power: the water with BIO FOR deeply penetrates solids, so multiplying the extinguishing power and preventing early fire restart.
BIO FOR reduces the extinguishing time and save water on vegetation fires, car fires, house fires, dumping site fires, plastic fires, tyre fires…
Foaming power : BIO FOR N is usable at Low, Medium and High Expansion with all known equipment. Its foam clings and sticks to vertical structure for a long time. It results in quicker fire extinguishment and long burnback resistance.
The application of a wide coat of BIO FOR, during a forest fire for example, increases solid moisture content, providing a protective barrier to oncoming fire or preventing solids from reignition.
BIO FOR is efficient on class A fires and also efficient on class B hydrocarbon fires, such as diesel, kerosene, petrol… So it is perfectly usable for any vehicle fires.
ENVIRONMENT
BIO FOR wetting and foaming agent is harmless for the environment and totally biodegradable.
BIO FOR N is free of any fluorinated compounds (PFAS, PFOA, PFOS..).
Fire departments are interested in BIO FOR ecological and biodegradable properties.

- BIO FOR N Can be used from 0.1% (very concentrated) on class A and 0.5% on hydrocarbon fires.
- BIO FOR S Can be used from 0.5% (concentrated) on class A and 3% on hydrocarbon fires
- Usable at Low, Medium and High Expansion
- Compatible with all foam proportioning devices and foam generators
- Can be used with fresh or sea water
- Supplied in 20l can, 200l drum, 1000l tote or bulk
