Fomtec Enviro ARC 3X6 is a multi purpose alcohol resistant synthetic foam 6x6 totally free from Fluorine or Fluoro surfactants. The foaming characteristics of Fomtec Enviro ARC 6X6 allows the foam to spread across a fire. As a result, it is effective against hydrocarbon fires and with the addition of special polymers it is also effective against polar solvents. When applied on polar solvents a polymeric membrane makes it possible for the foam blanket to extinguish effectively. This works also on foam destroying liquids such as MTBE.
